Diane Villani CRNP

My path into healthcare was shaped by my own journey through chronic illness and the experience of feeling unheard as a patient. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how important it is to truly listen, validate concerns, and partner with patients in their care. Today, I’m passionate about creating a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to better health.

Care That Listens First

I’m an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in acute and chronic disease management, behavioral health integration, trauma-informed care, and inclusive, evidence-based care. I also have expertise in caring for patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, providing thoughtful, individualized management for connective tissue–related conditions. Across all areas of practice, I am committed to delivering care that is informed, coordinated, and responsive to each patient’s unique needs.

I care deeply about building safe, inclusive spaces where patients feel truly listened to, valued, and confident in making decisions about their health. Throughout my career, I’ve worked to strengthen systems of care that genuinely meet patients where they are, recognizing that every individual’s experience and needs are unique.

I believe healthcare works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trust. At the heart of my work is a simple goal: to provide thoughtful, high-quality care that supports long-term wellness and meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, hiking, practicing yoga and meditation, spending time with my dogs, and being with my two adult sons. These experiences keep me grounded and continually remind me of the importance of balance, resilience, and connection—values I bring into my practice every day.
