Welcome to MiddleWay Wellness at Phoenix Contact—your dedicated, on-site healthcare experience designed exclusively for Phoenix Contact employees, their spouses, and dependents ages 18–26. Our clinic offers a personalized, relationship-based approach to care, combining the best of primary care with integrative and functional medicine. Here, we take the time to truly listen, understand your health goals, and partner with you to optimize your well-being—whether you’re managing a chronic condition, seeking preventive care, or simply looking to feel your best.
Your care at MiddleWay Wellness is fully supported by Phoenix Contact, so there is no traditional membership fee. Visit costs are simple and transparent: annual wellness visits are covered at no cost to you, and follow-up care is offered at a low, predictable rate—$15 per visit for those on an FSA plan and $40 per visit for those on an HSA plan, including virtual visits. Our goal is to make high-quality, personalized care both accessible and easy to navigate.

Who We Serve: This clinic is exclusively available to Phoenix Contact employees, their spouses, and dependents ages 18–26—regardless of participation in a Phoenix Contact health insurance plan.

Services: Comprehensive primary care, including annual exams and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, along with convenient on-site lab work. Our services also include specialist referrals, personalized health programs, a supplement dispensary with B-12 injections, and routine vaccinations—all designed to support your overall health.
Access to Telemedicine: MiddleWay members utilize modern communication that is not available in conventional practices. Virtual visits, phone calls, emails and texting are all included, saving you the time and cost of unnecessary office visits for minor issues
